1. Please note that a domain purchase is required prior to your website going live.  We provide hosting through our third party partner (we do not use outside hosts).

2. Unlimited edits are included during your initial design process. Once your site is fully paid and live, any edits requested thereafter, are apart of a maintenance plan (call for pricing).

3. The design process varies on the scope of work requested. Written content and pictures will need to be provided prior to the start of your design. This information can be derived from an existing website, sent via this website form, or provided via a word/pdf document emailed to support@cyberbrandz.com. With all content available, landing pages can take approximately 1-2weeks, informational sites can take approxmately 3-4 weeks, and e-commerce sites can take approximately 4-6 weeks (depending on number of products offered). This time frame also takes into consideration clients edits.  If you choose for our team to work on your written content, please add 2 weeks to these time frames.

4. The design process starts once your design initiation fee is recieved ($100).  This fee is non-refundable.  Websites will be made live upon receipt of the "balance due" (quoted price minus the design initiation fee). Once website is made live there is three day buyers right to cancel, where client may recieve a refund for "balance due" (quoted price minus design initiation fee).   Refunds after the three day buyers right to cancel will not be honored.

5. Additional services ordered after the time of your initial quote, will be quoted/processed separately.
